Thanks for this guys. It is usually about the person with cancer and their family members. Finally a forum for friends as well!
when my best friend was diagnosed with breast cancer I did not know what to do, where to turn for support… It was very very hard for me. I felt excluded. It was suddenly all about her, her husband and their daughter. Evantually I found some support through my church. It really helped me to understand few things about me. Luckily my friend is ok now, but I have not had courage to tell her what effect her illness had on me, as she had a very rough time with chemo and I am sure she felt much worse than i did.
hello everyone
my friend has just been diagnosed with AML. He is about to start his treatment.. Can someone share their experience with this type of cancer with me?.. I don’t have a clue what to expect.. How to talk with him about that.. I would really appreciate some advice.
